Q: What is your best price for Cash ?
A: See our payment methods, Prices of all our vehicles we believe are fair taking into account age, condition and mileage in comparison with others for sale. Reasonable offers close to the asking price may be accepted on selected vehicles, otherwise the price stated is the price we need to sell.
 
 
 
Q: When can I view the car ?
A: Viewing is by Appointment only 7 days a week – Late Evenings Appointments available. Please call/text/whatsapp/email to arrange.
 
 
Q: Will I be able to test drive?
A: Reasonable Road Test/Drives permitted subject to presentation of Valid UK Driving Licence, however we reserve the right to refuse or terminate a test drive without any reasons given.
 
 
Q: Can I bring a Mechanic/Engineer to inspect?
A: AA/RAC/Independent Inspection Welcome – We encourage all to inspect to your satisfaction prior to purchase. Please contact us to book at a mutually convenient time.
 
 
Q: Does Vehicle come with any warranty?
A: If any after sales warranty is included, this will be stated on the advert and/or at time of sale regardless if this is a personal warranty or via a third party provider.
 
 
Q: Can I place a deposit and collect later?
A: Deposits are taken to secure vehicles uo to 7 days – Storage costs apply for longer periods. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
 
 
Q: Can you deliver the Vehicle?
A: Free Local Delivery (Up to 3 Miles) upon full payment – Nationwide delivery arranged at extra cost.

Q:Can I Part exchange/Trade in my Vehicle?
A: Part Exchange/Trade In may be considered – Please complete our “We Buy Cars” Page.
 
Q: Is the Vehicle HPI clear ?
A: All our Vehicles are free from outstanding finance. Any that have previously been declared an Insurance write off (Cat C/S or D/N) will be stated on the adverts and HPI Report.You are also welcome to conduct your own checks for peace of mind.
 
 
 
Q: Can I drive home the same day?
A: Yes, you can drive home the same day,however it remains your responsibility to arrange the Insurance and Road Tax to comply with the Road Traffic Act.

Q: Do you have the full DVLA V5/Logbook?
A: All our Vehicles come with the full V5/Logbook unless specified on the advert.
 
Q: How do I purchase the Road Tax?
A: Road Tax can be purchased online from DVLA – You are welcome to use our PC or WIFI connection. Alternately, we are 5 minutes walking distance from Chadwell Heath Post Office where you can purchase over the counter.
 
 
 
Q: Do you give 5 days free Insurance with the Vehicle?
A: Unfortunately, at present we do not provide 5 day free insurance. Our Insurance covers you for test drives, but you will need to arrange your own insurance once vehicle is purchased to drive home.
 
 
Q: Do you give a receipt ?
A: Yes, we give full typed out receipt for your purchase at time of sale.
